Dr. Stephen Curry has been  freeing people from pain in his clinic in Artesia, CA for the last 34 years. As a Chiropractor with experience, Dr. Curry is committed to promoting the health and well being of his patients.

Dr. Curry uses a "whole person approach". This approach to wellness means looking for underlying causes of any disturbance or disruption (which may or may not be causing symptoms at the time) and make whatever interventions and lifestyle adjustments that would optimize the conditions for normal function. Using this unique approach, Dr. Curry is able to help you to accelerate and/or maintain your journey to good health.

Dr. Curry is a 1975 Magna Cum Laude graduate of the Palmer College of Chiropractic located in Davenport, Iowa. While attending Palmer College, he was a member of the National Champion Rugby College Team from 1972 to 1973.

He received his pre-chiropractic education in the country of his birth, New Zealand.He is a State appointed Qualified Medical Evaluator with extensive training in work and auto injuries.He has taken post-graduate education in work and auto injuries, and the latest techniques in treating these injuries.

Dr. Curry is co-founder and board member of Landmark Healthcare. A national healthcare company that stresses the latest well documented protocols for the correction of spinal problems.

Dr. Curry developed the unique SPINE-ETIC Health Care System. This system is a revolutionary, highly successful approach to neck and back pain not usually addressed by traditional treatment methods.

He has served on the board of the YMCA and is actively involved in the local chapter of the California Chiropractic Association.

 

 

 

Dr._Rhoda_Jan_2009.jpgDr. Rhoda Ricafranca-Evans is a 2003 graduate of the prestigious Southern California University of Health Science.  She was born in Manila, Philippines and as a teenager grew up in the neighboring Artesia/Cerritos area attending Gahr High School.  She performed her undergraduate studies at California State University Long Beach.  She is the daughter of Dr. Romulo Ricafranca, PhD of Artesia’s Express Tax Help, who has been in this area for the last 22 years.  She is the newest member of Curry Chiropractic Center after her re-location from her practice in Diamond Bar, California. 
 
Dr. Rhoda Ricafranca-Evans has taken an extensive post-graduate training in postural training, spinal re-structuring, and rehabilitation.  She is also a Supervising Clinician for Southern California University of Health Science.  

She has become skilled in the unique, highly successful, neck and back pain relief program called “SPINE-ETICS.”  Spine-etics is a system of analysis, diagnosis, and unique treatment plan for the correction of chronic neck and back pain which is not addressed by traditional treatment methods.  Her goal is to help patients quickly and safely see improvements in their work and daily lifestyle and in the activities that they love to do, as well as delay premature spinal arthritis.

Dr. Rhoda Ricafranca-Evans has always been interested in the cutting edge of any developments in chiropractic care.   Her belief in the “Natural Approach“ to healthcare without the use of dangerous drugs or life threatening surgeries has been her primary goal.
