A  Unique,
    Highly successful,
   Neck and Back pain
     Relief Program

Chronic back and neck pain are among the most common and disabling conditions affecting the human race. There are many health disciplines attempting , unsatisfactorily , to deal with this health problem.
A unique, safe, highly successful,   program has been developed. This program is called:
                                                      SPINE-ETICS.
SPINE-ETICS is a system of analysis, diagnosis, and customized treatment plans, using the most advanced procedures, for the correction of  posture related mechanical and functional neck and back pain. These underlying causes of neck and back pain are not usually addressed by traditional treatment methods.
SPINE-ETICS goal is to help the patient quickly and safely see improvement in their work and daily lifestyle and in the activities that they love to do. The ultimate goal and purpose for  SPINE-ETICS  is to rehabilitate the spine to as near normal condition as possible.
The SPINE-ETIC System results in the following:
Rehabilitating and correcting the cause of your symptoms to the greatest degree possible.
To stop or delay premature spinal decay.
To improve Spinal flexibility, strength and endurance, thereby reducing the recurrence of neck and back pain.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What causes back and neck pain ?
Chronic back or neck pain can be caused by many things, including accumulative trauma, congenital defects, osteoporosis or injury from repetitive motion, and excessive body weight.. Another major cause is prolonged poor posture and poor body mechanics which play an important role in the degeneration of the spine including degenerative joint disease and disc herniation.
Another common cause is straining or injuring muscles and ligaments that support the spine. Because muscles, discs, nerves and ligaments work together to allow you to function, you tend to use your back and neck differently when one component isn’t working. This makes the other components  and perhaps other back structures more  susceptible to additional injury. SPINE-ETICS addresses this usually forgotten area.

What procedures are used in Spine-etics?
To achieve symptom relief and structural changes we use the following:
Light  or Instrument Spinal Manipulation.
Core Strengthening and stabilization .
Correction of posture with Mirror Image Exercise and Spinal remodeling traction.
Disc and nerve Unloading / dynamic cyclic decompression traction.
Balance and muscle memory re-education
Massage and /or Myofacial Release Therapy.
Normalization of movement impairments

How is SPINE-ETICS different from other treatment programs ?
Most treatment programs ignore the postural and spinal alignment that results in asymmetrical loads and compression on spinal tissues. This causes spinal dysfunctions, instabilities, pathologies and chronic pain.
Spine-etics encourages the correction of abnormal spinal configurations, postural and muscular changes, ignored by other healthcare professionals.
Spine-etics unique non-surgical and painless procedures not only provides traditional Functional Rehabilitation, but incorporates Structural Rehabilitation for a quick acting,  long lasting, pain relief program.

Who is a Candidate for SPINE-ETICS ?
Anyone who suffers from chronic back and neck pain and have lived with pain and limited activity for at least two months, or have had a continual  recurrence of neck and back pain.
In addition , patients who are post surgical  or have not responded to  traditional treatment  programs, are good candidates.

How do I gain access to a SPINE-ETIC Program ?
Obtain a prescription from your physician for the SPINE-ETIC  program, or personally make an appointment for an evaluation.
Acceptance into the program is determined by an evaluation that determines your functional limits, movement impairments, and your appropriateness for rehabilitation services. If not found appropriate, we will return you to your primary care provider with our assessment.
Upon completion of the clinic phase of your program , we will have created your managed home plan, a plan you devote some time to each day to continue your progress.
Once you have met your health goals you are discharged. You will return to this clinic periodically for follow up assessments to determine your progress and adjust your home program.
